A team workshop helps a group to develop the way they work together and to create ideas and
strategies. It also helps participants to accept each other, to promote reorganization, to formulate plans and to exchange experiences.

Process facilitation offers consultation and support for employees and teams during change processes. The goal is to strengthen good behaviour and to uncover/reduce negative habits. Dealing exclusively with the human and group dynamics, I am an independent observer who gives feedback to the managers or employees.
